Mix-n-Stain Small Ligand Labeling Kits

    Mix-n-Stain? CF? dye small ligand labeling kits 可以快速標記具有相對較高親和力的生物配體小分子（或底物）。標記過程只需30分鐘，而且無需純化。被標記的配體需要帶有一個不影響生物活性的脂肪族氨基基團。氨基基團將會和CF染料共價結合。適合的配體或底物如：帶有脂肪族氨基的SNAP-tag?, CLIP-tag? and HaloTag? 配體，其它一些小分子配體如果滿足以上條件也可以使用。

    將小分子配體和反應緩沖液、染料均勻混合，孵育30分鐘，接著進行5分鐘的淬滅。標記結束后將不含有活性的染料，因此不需要純化即可進行細胞染色和成像。Mix-n-Stain? labeled ligands 相當于商業化的預標記配體技術，并且價格實惠。
